Your policies, written from your obligations — and never out of date.
CompliantCare drafts each policy from the regulations you actually fall under, routes it for sign-off, proves your people have read it, and rewrites it the moment the rule changes. No more starting from a blank page — or a stale one.

From a shared-drive graveyard to one living library.
The old way
- Policies scattered across drives, email and binders — three versions of the same one.
- Someone writes each from a blank page, then it quietly goes stale.
- No reliable proof that staff have read the current version.
- An inspection is announced and the evidence scramble begins.
With CompliantCare
- One current version of every policy, in one place.
- Each drafted from the obligations that require it — never from scratch.
- Read-and-understood tracked and provable, per person.
- Evidence is already assembled. There is no scramble.
You approve. It does the writing.
Every policy is generated from the regulations you actually fall under — not a generic template, not a blank page.
Route each policy for sign-off with a clear owner and deadline. Approve the suggestions in minutes, not hours.
Acknowledgement is tracked per person, so read-and-understood is provable — the evidence regulators actually want.
When a regulation moves, the affected policy is flagged and a redraft is ready — so nothing silently drifts out of date.
Automatic gap detection & suggested updates.
CompliantCare AI scans your policies against current regulations, identifies compliance gaps, and suggests exact wording changes — all before your next review cycle.
- Real-time regulatory change tracking
- Gap analysis with suggested inclusions
- Smart references to relevant legislation
Chase signatures without chasing people.
When a policy changes, the right people get it — on the channel they actually use, at the hour they'll actually see it. You see who's read, who hasn't, and the platform does the chasing.
Dashboard, library, reports — zero guesswork.
Three views onto the same policy engine. Everyone sees what they need — and nothing they shouldn't.
No more scramble when the inspector calls.
The scramble to assemble evidence is itself the signal of weak governance. With CompliantCare, every policy is current, every acknowledgement is logged, and the proof is already assembled — so an inspection is a report you run, not a fire drill you survive.
- One current version of every policy, always
- Read-and-understood evidence, per person
- A complete version history for every document
- One-click evidence pack, ready on demand
Policies don't sit in a folder. They run the system.
Policy Management isn't a standalone document store. It's wired into the rest of CompliantCare — drawn from your obligations, driving your training, feeding your audits.
The obligation map decides which policies you need and when the rules behind them move.
When a policy needs people competent, the right training is assigned automatically.
Every policy and its acknowledgement trail is evidence, ready for the next audit.
“I'm not chasing people or worrying whether our records will hold up — it's all there, it's all compliant, and I can focus on what actually matters.”

Policy Management: common questions
How does the AI draft policies from regulations without going off-piste?
Every draft is grounded in the specific regulations, standards and quality statements your organisation falls under — CQC, GPhC, MHRA, HIQA, etc. The platform proposes wording; a named person always signs it off before it goes live. Every clause is traceable back to the source citation, so a reviewer can see exactly what it maps to.
Can we bring our existing policies over, or do we start from scratch?
Import what you have. CompliantCare ingests your existing policy library (DOCX / PDF), maps it against your live obligation set and flags any gaps or redundancies. You keep the tone and clauses your team already knows; the platform closes the gaps and keeps the whole library current going forward.
How does acknowledgement work on mobile? Can night-shift staff use it?
Yes — mobile-first by design. Staff can read and acknowledge policies from a phone, tablet or desktop, on the channel they already use (SMS, Slack, Teams, mobile app or email). Working-hours-aware reminders mean nobody gets a 3am ping for a policy update.
Does it support single-site providers and multi-site groups on the same license?
Both. Single-site providers get one library scoped to their services. Multi-site groups get group-level policies with site-level variations (e.g. a group-wide medicines management policy with local addenda per home). Reporting rolls up automatically for group boards and drills down to any individual site.
What happens when a regulation actually changes?
Compliance Monitoring catches the change the day it lands. It flags every affected policy, drafts the redline against the new wording, and routes it to the owner for review. Once approved, the new version is pushed out for re-acknowledgement, with an audit trail linking the change to its regulatory source.
