Describe what you do. The platform handles the rest.
You tell CompliantCare about your services, sites and workforce. It reads the regulations, maps every obligation you carry, and keeps that map — and the policies, audits and training behind it — current as the rules change.

Stop interpreting rulebooks. Start describing your work.
The old way
- Someone reads the regulation and transcribes it into a spreadsheet.
- It's out of date the day it's saved.
- Nobody's sure who owns what, or whether it's actually met.
- You find the gap during the inspection.
With CompliantCare
- You describe your services, sites and workforce.
- The platform reads the regulations and maps every obligation.
- Each one has an owner and a live met / gap status.
- You see the gap the day it appears — not on inspection day.
Four steps. Then it runs itself.
Services, sites, workforce, the frameworks you fall under. Plain language, once.
The platform maps your description to every obligation you carry — across every framework and region.
For each obligation, it creates or suggests what you need — the policy, the audit, the training — ready for a person to approve.
Each obligation gets a live met / gap status. When a regulation moves, you see exactly what is affected — before it becomes a finding.
One live map. No spreadsheets.
A live obligation register
Every duty you carry, in one place — generated from your world, not typed into a spreadsheet.
Real-time met / gap status
Each obligation shows green or a gap, drawn automatically from your policies, training and incidents.
Horizon scanning
The platform watches your frameworks and tells you what is changing before it lands.
Evidence, always current
The proof behind every control stays attached and up to date — ready the moment an inspector asks.
Because the map, the status and the evidence stay current, there is no scramble before an inspection or a board meeting — the report is already true on any given day.
Everything you need to stay ahead.
The obligation map runs underneath. On top, three surfaces do the day-to-day work: watch it, prove it, share it.
Live coverage per framework, drilled by service, site or team.
One-click evidence pack — for commissioners, board packs or an inspector at the door.
Every policy change goes out to the right people; you see who's read, who hasn't, and chase automatically.
One map. Everything runs off it.
You don't build or maintain the map — the platform does. And it isn't a report you read: it's the single source the rest of CompliantCare runs on, generating and keeping current the work that holds each obligation.
Drafted from the obligations that require them, and rewritten when the rule changes.
Audit plans built from your live gaps, with the evidence already attached.
Assigned automatically when an obligation needs people to be competent — or when one changes.
Every unmet obligation scored and surfaced on the register, before it becomes a finding.
UK-deep. Internationally aware.
Frameworks are namespaced by region, so a multi-country operator sees one map, not five spreadsheets. Add a jurisdiction; the Monitor rescopes automatically.
Don't see yours? Adding a jurisdiction is a search-and-select, not a project. Ask us about your region.
A working obligation map in days — not a quarter-long implementation.
Nothing to transcribe or maintain by hand. The map is generated and kept current for you.
The same map feeds your policies, audits and training — no duplicate work, no silos.

Compliance Monitoring: common questions
How is this different from a compliance spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet is a static transcription that goes stale the moment a regulation changes. CompliantCare generates your map from a description of your world, keeps it live as the rules move, and links every obligation to a policy, an audit or a training record; so met/gap status is a fact, not a claim.
Which regulators and frameworks does it cover?
UK deep: CQC, GPhC, MHRA (incl. Yellow Card), NHSE, NICE, DSPT, LFPSE, ICO, HSE. International configurable: HIQA (Ireland), EU MDR/IVDR, GDPR, UAE DOH/DHA, TGA (Australia), MedSafe NZ, and more. Adding a jurisdiction is a search-and-select, not a project.
How long does it take to go live?
Days, not a quarter. You describe your services, sites and workforce; the platform generates your obligation map from that. A working map is available within the first week for most providers, and enriched with your evidence as the modules come online behind it.
What happens when a regulation changes?
The platform reads the change, flags every affected obligation on your map, drafts the policy or evidence update, and routes it to the accountable owner for review. You see the impact before it becomes a finding, not on inspection day.
Can we import our existing Quality Improvement Plan or compliance register?
Yes. We import your existing QIP, register or spreadsheet as the starting scaffold, then the Monitor extends it against the live regulatory set and flags what's missing. You don't lose the work you've already done; you stop having to maintain it by hand.
Where is our data hosted?
Tenant-isolated, hosted in the region you choose (UK, EU, or elsewhere on request). No training on your data. Full audit trail, DSPT-aligned, aligned to NHS-standard data-processing agreements. You choose your data region and it stays yours.
