SafeWork delivered a complete governance platform for Voy Men, covering every dimension the CQC assesses: incident reporting, investigation workflows, risk management, policy management, and the data layer to evidence all of it. The platform was co-created in partnership with Voy Men's team — not configured from a template, but designed from scratch to reflect their specific clinical workflows, escalation pathways, and regulatory obligations as a CQC and GPhC regulated provider.

By April 2024, Voy Men had increased incident reporting by 300%. Monthly reports climbed from an average of 16 to peaks of 79 (May), 50 (June), and 88 (July).
