SafeWork delivered a complete governance platform for Voy Men, covering every dimension the CQC assesses: incident reporting, investigation workflows, risk management, policy management, and the data layer to evidence all of it. The platform was co-created in partnership with Voy Men's team — not configured from a template, but designed from scratch to reflect their specific clinical workflows, escalation pathways, and regulatory obligations as a CQC and GPhC regulated provider.

And the learning loop was closed: SafeWork enabled the team to identify trends, track repeat incidents, embed corrective actions, and develop training directly from incident data.
