  • Daily database backups with offsite replication

  • Regular security patching, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing

  • Maintenance windows for major version upgrades

  • Fixes, patches, and hotfixes for defects and optimization

  • Feature enhancements and new capability development

  • Performance tuning and scaling to meet usage demand

  • Updating integrations with third-party services

Maintenance Standards

  • 99.9% uptime guaranteed, excluding scheduled maintenance

  • 6-hour maximum continuous maintenance window

  • 7-day advance notice for non-emergency changes

  • Quarterly maintenance reports detailing all updates applied

  • Quarterly external penetration testing

  • Penetration testing before all major releases

DevOps:

  • CI/CD automation pipelines for rapid, reliable updates

  • Automated unit, integration, scalability testing

  • Rapid rollback for failed updates

  • Rapid database recovery from backup

  • Source source control with complete version history
